How to use our Translation Services
Thank you for your interest in our Translation Services. The first step is to obtain your free quotation. We would need to view the text in order to fully evaluate the style and technical content. You can send us the documents to be translated via e-mail. For lengthy documents please send a sample of 2 or 3 pages, plus a note stating the total amount of words to be translated. Please also include the following information:

1) Your e-mail address (contact name, company, telephone, fax, email)
2) What kind of services you are interested in
3) Who are the readers of the translated document?
4) What language is to be translated to or from?
5) Total amount of words to be translated/edited
6) Desired completion date (if known)
7) Method of Delivery
8) Format of Delivery

Prices for translation services are based individually on the subject area, languages, and level of difficulty, length and delivery time. We will send you, normally within one business day, an official quotation by email with the details of your order, including the nature of translation, Price, delivery schedule and payment terms. If you are happy with our quotation and would like us to proceed with your translation, you will need to click on the order page and pay for the appropriate translation package and follow the instructions on the payment page. Translation work will begin once we receive your full specifications of the job required and your complete payments. If you cannot pay by credit cards, you can contact us to make an arragement.

The work commissioned to us will be handled with consummate expertise and strict confidentiality.
